Being from the South, how different is the music scene in Georgia compared to that of South Florida?

Well to be honest I think Georgia music scene vs Florida music scene is pretty much similar if you open up to both. It's like Georgia & Florida connects in a certain way,from Jeezy to Trick Daddy then Myself to Plies.
No matter what, you always get hot music!

At what age did you decide you wanted to pursue a career in music and what were the circumstances that made that decision?

It was around 16-17 but I didn't really take it seriously until I was about 20 when my 1st daughter was born. I just wanted to give her a better life than I had, to where she didn't have to struggle as hard.

Where do you record?

I have my own lil studio setup in my house.

Are you more of a writer or off the "top of the head" type lyricist?

I am a writer all day.

What are some of the obstacles you encounter promoting your own music without the push of a major label?

Well first the money to back me like a major. Then second getting a street team to stay loyal and hungry like me. Then last I gotta say having the dj's to believe in me and what I do

Do you dabble in music production as well as song writing?

Naw. .I just stick to writing hot songs for now.

What other artists are hot in your area now?

Right now you have Gucci Mane, Jeezy, T.I., Big Boi, Wacka Flocka, Roscoe Dash and you can't forget Dat Bwoy Fedi last but not least!

Are you performing anywhere lately?

Right now I'm just recording on my next album while promoting my new singles...And I may drop one more single before then, I'm still deciding...But I'm planning my promo Xposure Tour II sometime after the new year.

Tell us about your new project?

My new project is entitled "Preferred Dosage" because I feel I'm that new prescription to the game (you gotta have it) and everything you're hearing or gonna hear is strictly me being me. God has given me another chance to make some noise and I'ma run wit it.

What can we expect from you in 2011?
